IT’S VIRTUAL TIME!

We had an incredible time during our virtual dance season last year, and we’re thrilled to kick off Season 9 of BCity! Get ready for another fantastic year of dance, whether you’re joining us in person or online.

To register for the BCity 2025-2026 Dance Season, please complete the registration form below. This form must be filled out by a Parent/Legal Guardian or by the student if they are over 18 years of age.

Our dancers showcase their talent at competitions and shows with exciting opportunities in:

* Duos

* Trios

* Solos

Build confidence, grow your skills, and shine on stage!

📅 On Sept 28, dancers will receive a YouTube video to learn ahead of auditions.

🎶 Virtual Auditions: Sunday, October 5, at 5:00 PM (on Zoom)

✨ Audition Requirements:

Come dressed in a black & white freestyle outfit (as if you’re ready to perform on stage).

Be prepared to freestyle for 30 seconds OR perform a prepared dance piece.

Tumbling and tricks are a plus!(not mandatory)

TEAM INFORMATION

After registering, please complete your payment online.

Alternatively, you can use the following methods:

Season Commitment: October 1, 2025 – May 22, 2026

Class Frequency:
Classes meet once per week.

Monthly Rate: $70 (Note: Parents/guardians will also need to cover the cost of costumes and competition fees- Fees Vary)

Additional $35/month if dancer is on 2 or more performance groups, solos, or duo/trio.

  • Payments are due on the 1st of every month, prior to the start of class.

  • Hip Hop

Classes (Ages 7-17):

Note: Solos/Duos/Trio Rehearsals are scheduled by appointment only.
Rehearsal Days:  Anytime between Mondays -Thursdays (Flexible)
Duration: October 1, 2025 – May 22, 2026

  • BCITY TEAM (LARGE or SMALL GROUP ) (Ages 7-17): Tuesdays or Wednesdays, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

*No Recital this year*

Competition and Show Information

Transportation: Parents/guardians are responsible for transporting their children to and from competitions and shows, or for arranging carpools.

Additional Costs: Any group, duo/trio, or solo competitions throughout the year will require additional payments -Fees Vary.

Attendance and Fees:

  • Parents/guardians must attend competitions or send an adult representative. Some events will be free, while others may have admission fees.
  • Competitions are scheduled on weekends, starting in early 2026. A detailed schedule will be emailed.

Holiday Breaks:

Indigenous Day: October 13, 2025

Halloween: October 31, 2054(MA,FL)

Thanksgiving: November 24-30, 2025(MA/FL)

Winter Recess: December 23- January 1, 2026(MA/FL)

February Recess: February 17-21, 2026(MA)

Spring Recess: March 25-28, 2026(FL)

Spring Recess April 21-25, 2026(MA)

Payment Agreement

By completing the registration form, you acknowledge and agree that BCity Reps/BCity South Dance Studio, including its agents, employees, officers, and directors, will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the student in connection with their participation in classes, workshops, or masterclasses. Please be aware that activities involving motion, rotation, or height may pose a risk of accidental injury. Additionally, by registering, you grant permission for BCity Dance Instructors to use photographs or recordings of students for legitimate dance-related or promotional purposes.

BCITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Terms: All fees for the course and competition fees must be paid in full by the specified tuition due dates. Full Payment is required prior to the end payment date.

Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable.

Payment Methods: Payment is accepted before the commencement of the class and can be made using the following methods: Cash, Venmo, or Square.

Late Payment: Failure to pay by the due dates may result in forfeiture of the participant’s place in the course and competitions. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
