BCity is a Hip Hop-focused dance studio with locations in Massachusetts and our new location, BCity South in Miami. While our Massachusetts location operates exclusively online, our Miami studio offers both in-person and virtual classes. We specialize in Hip Hop, Afro-Caribbean styles, Step and performance skills.

Through dynamic classes, community events, and mentorship, we provide a safe, creative space where dancers can grow—physically, mentally, and emotionally. At BCITY, we believe in the power of movement to build confidence, connection, and character on and off the dance floor.

Owner/Director
In 2016, BCity Reps was created by MTVs Americas Best Dance Crew Contestant Kassandra Rateau. Hip Hop has been cemented in Kassandra’s life since her early childhood years. Born in Boston, Ma and raised in Brockton, Ma she first began her leadership dance role in 2000 as co-founder of the Brockton High School Step Squad. In 2004, Kassandra transformed her positive energy and knowledge to the professional ranks by joining the Phunk Phenomenon Dance Company.
After a rewarding 12-year tenure with Phunk Phenomenon, Kassandra established BCity Reps Dance Studio to share her expertise with the community. BCity Reps now showcases the talents of dancers of all ages, from 4 years old to adults.
Kassandra’s impressive career includes roles such as the dance coach for the Boston Celtics Jr. Dance Team (Lil Phunk), performing at high-profile events like the Jamn 94.5 annual concert, Monster Jam, and opening for singer Miguel. She has also participated in charitable events and numerous corporate functions. Her accolades include awards from Hip Hop International Dance Competition and a notable 3rd place finish on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew Season 6.
